AERIAL SILKS
Aerial Silks is performed on long pieces of fabric. Get strong learning to Climb, Invert, Twizzle and Drop with control and grace.
Beginners, you can use a ‘knot’ tied in the fabric to assist you, as you learn some of the basic principles and poses.
Training aerial circus skills is fun and challenging and aids in the development of balance, strength, flexibility, confidence and trust.

Aerial Hoop is performed on a steel ring. Learn to Balance, Invert, Spin and Twizzle with elegance and poise.

AERIAL YOGA
Aerial Yoga is brilliant for developing core stability, balance and flexibility, whilst being challenging, relaxing and invigorating.
The hammocks support your weight allowing you to get deeper into the poses, enabling you to find space in your joints and decompressing the spine.
Bookings for this class are made via the Highlands Health Club website.

The Hammock can be positioned lower if you are less flexible, and the poses can be modified for all levels.
